SpringCharts is structured intuitively with input screens designed to mimic typical patient encounters. Below is the 'Office Visit' screen. Users may enter text by typing, dictating, using the 'Templates' or using SpringCharts 'popup' text (the small red buttons).
-Popup Text allows the user to write a complete note by selecting user-defined lines of text.
-The Dx button provides rapid entry of diagnoses.
-The Procedure button provides rapid entry of procedures and eliminates retyping of information such as lot numbers for vaccines, etc.
-The Reminders button adds a reminder about this patient to the reminder/to-do list.
-The Rx button provides access to patient prescriptions (details shown on next page). |
